1. Delivery Policy

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 15 working days.
  • In some cases, early delivery may be possible depending on stock availability.
  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

2. Payment Policy

  • We accept online payments only through secure payment gateways.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • Full payment must be completed at the time of order placement.

3. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in case of defective or malfunctioning products.
  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details and proof (images/video).
  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided as per our approval.
  • No returns or cancellations are accepted for reasons other than defects/malfunction.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled after payment, unless agreed by Ashisheeta Online Services under special circumstances.
